At Limkrt, we strive to deliver healthy, fresh, and beautiful plants directly to your doorstep. Since we deal in live horticultural products, they require care and quick attention. Therefore, we offer a strict but fair 1-Day (24 Hours) Return Policy.

🌱 What is Eligible for a Return?

Returns or replacements will only be accepted under the following conditions:

• The plant arrived completely damaged, dead, or broken during transit.
• You received the wrong plant or a different item than what you ordered.
• The pot or planter was received in a cracked or broken condition.

Note: Minor leaf damage, slight wilting due to transit stress, or minor color variations are natural for live plants and do not qualify for a return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

• Requests made after 24 hours of delivery.
• Plants that have been repotted, watered improperly, or kept in unsuitable conditions by the customer.
• Artificial plants or accessories that have been used or unboxed roughly.

📞 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or replacement process, please follow these steps within 24 hours of delivery:

1. Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged product and the box it came in.
2. Contact our Customer Care at +91 8382292992 or email us with your Order ID and the images.
3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or initiate a refund within 2-3 business days.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, if you opted for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 working days.
