At Limkrt, we ensure that your live plants and gardening essentials reach you safely and quickly. We use highly secure packaging so that plants remain fresh during transit.

1. Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you place an order after 2:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Delivery Zones & Timelines

• 60-Minute Express Delivery: Available for select pin codes in major local zones.
• Next Day Delivery: Available for regional zones.
• Standard Delivery (3-5 Days): Available for all other national zones across India.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We often run Free Shipping promotions on orders above a certain cart value (e.g., Free delivery on orders above ₹499).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email. You can also track your shipment anytime from the Track Order page on our website.

5. Damaged in Transit?

Live plants can sometimes experience mild shock during transit. If your plant arrives heavily damaged or dead, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos.
